Processing & Shipping

Many items from Layze E Ranch Creations are personalized or custom-made just for you. Processing time and shipping time are two separate timeframes.

Processing time begins after your order and payment are received. Because customized items are created individually, processing times may vary depending on current order volume. Horseshoe Scoops are processed in the order received, and during high-volume periods, scooping and customization may take longer than originally estimated.

Shipping time begins only after your completed order has been handed to the carrier. Standard ground shipping is typically 5–7 business days after processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your package leaves the ranch.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact Layze E Ranch Creations before placing your order so we can determine whether we can accommodate your requested timeframe.
